Do you just train athletes?
No, we train everyone from office workers to professional athletes. As long as people are motivated and dedicated, we will help them get into the best shape of their life. Everyone is treated like an athlete.
Where are you based?
Currently we have a small garage gym in Caterham (see pics here). We are near capacity and will be moving into a much larger facility in the very near future!
What are your specialities?
Coming from a combat background we have an unparalleled knowledge in the sport, however we have trained a number of athletes from a variety of sports including Football, Basketball, Hockey, Athletics, Tennis and Swimming.
Why should I use RAW Performance instead of any other gym/fitness centre?
Where do we start?…. A better range of useful equipment, a greater knowledge and understanding of strength and conditioning through our coaches, space to exhibit and train like a true ‘athlete’, an environment that will excite, stimulate and challenge at all times.
Do you train for fat loss?
Yes, although not directly. We are not concerned about bodyfat percentages, waist measurements, weight etc. Train hard, eat well and you can only look better!
What can I expect from a typical session?
All clients start with an initial movement & postural analysis to identify areas of tightness or weakness. After that, a typical session will include soft tissue work, flexibility & mobility, strength and conditioning (which will depend on the clients needs/goals).
